Usage of Status food vacuum canisters:

• Remove the air from the Container by using the hand pump, the electric canister pump or connect to a food vacuum sealer.
• Keep pumping until the middle dimple goes down on the lid.
• To open the container, move the valve in the center of the lid to one side.
• The lid has a dial in the middle which allows you to set the food’s date when stored or mark a date that the food will expiry.

Cleaning:

The Status glass food vacuum canisters and lid should be cleaned prior to initial use with normal washing up liquid. They are also dishwasher safe.
