The Preservac DuoVac chamber vacuum sealer sets itself apart by being able to vacuum seal inside the chamber and also outside the chamber just like an external bag vacuum sealer. The advantage now is that you can also do big 2 - 3 kg roasts that would normally be too big for the chamber, you can now use up to a 30cm wide embossed bag and have it as long and as high as you like. So for internal chamber use you can use either smooth or embossed bags and for external use you use only embossed bags.
A Preservac DuoVac chamber vacuum sealer is fantastic for doing any liquid vacuum sealing inside the chamber as the liquid does not move like it does in external bag vacuum sealers. So now things like soups, marinades and fish become a breeze to vacuum seal. Designed for the home and the business the Preservac DuoVac chamber vacuum sealer extracts 70L per minute and has double seals. You can fully adjust vacuum time and seal time with a turn dial, which is displayed on a digital Led display. It's compact design is made from fingerprint proof stainless body and strong tempered glass lid with a soft close feature.
