Organise your food storage with EzyVac Glass Food Vacuum Canisters. This three-piece set combines reusable borosilicate glass containers with vacuum-sealing lids, giving you a convenient way to store everything from delicate salads and baked goods to soups, sauces and leftovers.
Your set includes three vacuum canisters and one EzyVac battery vacuum pump. The pump requires four AA batteries, which are not included.

Includes Our Recommended Canister Pump
The EzyVac battery pump is our recommended pump for these vacuum canisters. Its automatic cut-off stops the pump at the correct vacuum level, helping prevent the canisters from being over-vacuumed.
Simply position the pump over the lid valve and press the button. When the pump stops automatically, remove it and place the canister in the appropriate storage location.
Other Ways to Vacuum Your Canisters
A compatible manual hand pump can also be used. Pump slowly and stop when you feel obvious resistance.
You can connect the canisters to a compatible vacuum sealer using the correct hose:
- Lava vacuum sealers: Use the Lava canister hose.
- Status vacuum sealers: Use the Status canister hose.
- Preservac vacuum sealers: A compatible canister hose is required and sold separately.

- 2650ml canister: External dimensions: 24 × 18 × 12 cm. Internal dimensions: 21 × 15 × 10 cm.
- 1320ml canister: External dimensions: 20 × 14.5 × 9 cm. Internal dimensions: 17 × 12 × 8 cm.
- 800ml canister: External dimensions: 17.5 × 12.5 × 8 cm. Internal dimensions: 16.5 × 11.5 × 7 cm.
- Battery pump: 13.5 × 5 × 5 cm.

Everyday Storage and Meal Preparation
Use your EzyVac canisters for coffee, sugar, herbs, snacks, cheeses, vegetables and prepared ingredients. They are also useful for keeping leftovers organised and holding meat with its marinade.
Vacuum storage does not replace refrigeration or freezing. Store perishable food at the appropriate temperature and follow recommended storage times.
How to Use
- Place food in a clean canister, keeping the rim, seal and valve free from food residue.
- Fit the lid securely and set the date dial.
- Use the included battery pump to remove air, allowing it to stop automatically.
- Store the canister as appropriate for its contents.
- Before opening, gently move the centre valve to one side to release the vacuum.
Cleaning and Care
Wash the containers and lids before first use with normal dishwashing liquid. The canisters and lids can be washed by hand or in the dishwasher. Keep the battery pump out of the dishwasher.
The glass bases can be used for oven or microwave heating without their lids, following the product’s temperature and care instructions. Avoid sudden temperature changes, such as moving a frozen glass container directly into a hot oven.
