The Preservac DuoVac Vacuum Sealer is ideal for soups, marinades and fish heavy in liquid. Designed to vacuum seal liquids but also does all other foods equally well the DuoVac can not only vacuum seal inside the chamber but also outside the chamber so you do not need another machine for those big chickens or roasts. Chamber vacuum sealers use bags that are smooth both sides and this is true with the DuoVac when using the chamber however you will need embossed vacuum sealer bags if you wish to vacuum seal outside the chamber, embossed bags can also be used inside the chamber. Due to the way the chamber vacuum sealer vacuums the whole chamber it is ideal for very liquidly food as the liquid does not move into the seal area like it does in external bag vacuum sealers.
