I love the different sized rolls as I can make bags of the size that I need. I use the smaller width rolls for things like freezing trout to travel home from fishing trips. The larger sizes to freeze down pre-prepared meals or similar for camping. Having a selection of different width rolls means I don't waste plastic or space in the freezer. The black plastic rolls are great for storing rice or flour in for longer term storage which allows me to buy in bulk, vacuum seal it down in appropriate portion sizes and I know that the remainder won't degrade due to light etc.
