The Preservide Sous Vide Stick is white and has a power draw of 1200W. This will ensure that temperature is reached . The water temperature is a constant temperature with a low tolerance of +/- 0.1c, for constant cooking temperature. The circulation propeller of the Preservide Sous Vide Stick ensures a constant temperature. Preservide sous vide stick will cook food evenly and not fluctuate in temperature.
