All of their models are designed in Slovenia by their advanced electronics technician team. They also manufacture the Provac 360, Solid 300, HV500 and the HV280 vacuum sealers in Slovenia. With the HV100  manufactured in the PRC In their factory under their guidance. Lava is based in the Swabian town of Bad Saulgau, they started back in the early 1980's. Germany is where electrical food vacuum sealers were first invented and produced for the domestic and commercial environment. The first models appearing around the 2nd world war in 1940 to preserve food for the soldiers. This family owned business produces some of the highest quality machines availably around the world today with over 350,000 unites sold to date (2022).
