Use ZeroPak Dualvac 12 volt vacuum sealer to vacuum-pack your fresh meat, fish, vegetables, fruits and other dried products. It is cleverly designed with dual power modes: 240V AC & 12V DC, so you can keep your food longer at home or while travelling.
This domestic, portable ZeroPak Dualvac 12 volt vacuum sealer is also designed with a stainless steel lid, touch-sensitive buttons and a built-in bag cutter to ensure ease of use wherever you are. It also comes with a canister hose, so it’s compatible with virtually all types of vacuum canisters. What’s more? Its vacuum pressure can go to a strong -700 mbar. It can remove eight litres of air per minute, making your food prep faster and more convenient.

- Food - Operates the Dry/Moist lights above it by touching the food button. Dry is for normal continuos running and the machine should be run on this setting most of the time. You can change it to moist for the first seal only, the moist setting will run the heat bar a few seconds longer and add extra heat. If you antisipate that you may get a bit of liquid near the seal you can also run it on moist. You should not run it more than 3 cycles on moist without resting it for 2 miniutes as it will melt bags and overheat.
- Pressure - Operates the Normal/Gentel lights. Run the machine on normal. Change the setting by touching the pressure button. Gentel will slow the pump down slightly if you are doing soft foods and want to control it.
- Seal - Touch the seal button and this will activate the seal bar straight awy when you are making a bag from a roll. The pump will still start and run a short cycle to complete the seal. You can touch the seal button at any stage during the vacuum cycle to force the machine into sealing the bag, great function when doing liquids or soft foods and running on gentle mode.
- Vac Seal - Touch the vac seal button and this will automaticlly vacuum the bag and then switch over to seal once full vacuum is reached.
- Stop - Touch the stop button and this will cancel the vac seal or seal only functions. You can touch the vac button the stop then back to vac as many times as you like. This is like a pulse function and when you get the desired vacuum simply touch the seal button.
- Canister Button - This is not in the picture above, it is a large red button located on the right side of the unit. Use this button when you have the canister hose connected and you wish to vacuum a canister or similsr accessories. The machine will shut down once the canister or accessory has reached full vacuum.
